Sampson was rescued with more than one large wound on his back ? probably from a raccoon attack. He's almost 14 lbs. of pure love! He is certainly a Maine Coon with a big beautiful head and huge paws! This gentle giant wants nothing more than to be around people and to be loved. Sampson could care less about other cats or dogs. People are his favorite companions and he wants to be with them?always! He likes to be the center of attention and is often underfoot, so watch your steps. Any home would be super lucky to have this guy in their care. He is FIV+ but he is hearty, healthy and happy and will continue to be in your careful care and with regular vet checks. He could be a solo pet or live with other kitties or a calm dog. He likely won't mind kids who appreciate and pet him. He adores being rubbed and loved, who doesn't?
